There's that Word Again

Warriors Arise: September 18, 2023

Matthew 4:24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

There it is again. All. All of the sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics were healed. He healed them all. I can't imagine what would happen today if there was one person operating in that kind of power from God. Honestly, I am not sure God would put someone in that kind of position.

Think about it. What would happened if there was one person operating in the same power as Jesus, healing all who came them. Would that person be honored or feared? Would that person be in danger?

What makes me think they wold be in danger? Because if there was one person operating in that power, 100% of the time, the terrorist of our time would have that person locked up underground for their personal use. That person would not be safe. Even Jesus had to slip through the crowd a few times when they were wanting to kill Him before it was His time.

We know what Jesus did. He healed all. He delivered all from being demon-possessed. He healed all who were afflicted. He healed all who were tormented. He healed all the paralytics. He healed all the epileptics. He healed all. He risked His life to demonstrate His Father's love.

Father, You hear our prayers. You sent Your son to demonstrate Your love as He operated in Your power. The testimony of His life speaks volume of why Jesus was here. He was here to set us free. He was here for each one of us to experience the fullness of Your love in our lives. He was here to show us how to tap into Your power and release Your love. I pray I would have courage to pray with compassion, love and purity of heart for another as the opportunity arrises in Jesus name amen.
