Warriors Arise: March 28, 2024

Matthew 8:15 So He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served them.

Rise up and serve them. You and I are to rise up. When Jesus touches us, we do not stay down, we rise up. I am so thankful when breath returned to Jesus' body, He rose up. He got up out of that grave. He didn't stay there. The grave could not contain Him. The stone was roll away and He walked out of that grave.

The angel asks Mary, "Why do you look for the living among the dead?" (Luke 24:5)

Too many of us are the living dead. God has touched us, He has breathed His life into us and, yet, we remain in the grave. We remain in a place in our life where we are going through the motions, but there is no evidence of supernatural living in our life.

When we have received a touch from God, we can remain down. Why did Jesus have to tell the lame man to rise up and pick up his mat? (John 5:8) The man wasn't moving. Maybe he didn't feel anything different so he wasn't going to try to get up. Jesus had to tell him to get up. Regardless, of what you feel or think your suppose to feel or don't feel when Jesus touches you, when Jesus touches you get up, rise up, take responsibility for the gift you have just been given. Live in the miracle of His touch. Rise up and move away from that place of stagnate entrapment.

My Father in heaven, hallowed be Your Name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. I receive Your touch. I am getting up. I am walking out. I am moving out of the grave. I am picking up my mat, my things. I will not longer be at the address of death, stagnation, or imprisonment. I am rising up and walk in the power of Your touch. I am walking in super natural power and I am living my life according to Your will. I am honoring the touch of Your love by testifying of Your faithfulness in Jesus' Name, amen.
